A Resource for Your Clients

Estate Planning That Works Alongside Your Practice

Estate planning often intersects with financial planning, tax planning, insurance, and business succession.

I work collaboratively with financial advisors, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other trusted advisors to help clients coordinate their estate plans with their broader financial and business goals.

How I Work With Advisors

Collaborative Planning
I work with a client's existing professional team when appropriate, helping ensure estate planning decisions are considered alongside the client's financial and tax planning.

Clear Communication
I believe advisors should understand how estate-planning decisions may affect the client's broader plan. With the client's permission, I communicate with other professionals involved in the planning process.

Client-Focused Advice
My role is to provide legal advice and estate-planning guidance while respecting the relationships clients have already established with their financial and tax professionals.

When to Refer a Client

Clients may benefit from an estate-planning conversation when they:

  • Have an outdated or incomplete estate plan

  • Have recently experienced a major family or financial change

  • Own a business or significant real estate

  • Have substantial retirement or investment assets

  • Are considering transferring wealth to children or other family members

  • Need trust or probate assistance

  • Have questions about estate and gift tax planning

  • Need to coordinate their estate plan with their broader financial plan

Let's Connect

If you are a financial advisor, CPA, insurance professional, or another professional who would like to discuss working together, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.

I offer in-person and virtual meetings and can coordinate with clients and their professional advisors regardless of location.
